  • Can anyone do these events? +

Yes, being healthy and active is what cycling is all about. Your local bike shop can help you get the right fit and gear to make doing one of these events both fun and a challenge for any distance. Please wear bright clothing and follow the rules of the road when cycling and have fun!
  • What happens in a crash or accident? +

This is rare at organized events, but it does happen. We have both radio and sag support along the route and will attend to you as soon as humanly possible. Please follow the rules of the road at all times and make sure your bike is tuned up and ready prior to entering.
  • Why do I have to wear a bib or number? +

This is to let event staff know your part of the event and to identify who you are in the case of an accident. Also we time you and want to call out your name at the finish!
  • Are gluten free food options available after? +

Yes, even though most Gluten Free folks take care of themselves we understand and will do our best to provide some tasty after event food options.
